Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between UgwuSonPrints Publishing ("we," "us," or "our") and you, our customer ("Client," "you," or "your"). We agree to provide printing, binding, and finishing services as requested by the Client and specified in the final order confirmation.

2. Quotations and Ordering

• **Price Validity:** All quotes provided are valid for **30 days** unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if the Client alters the specifications (e.g., quantity, paper stock, finishing).
• **Order Confirmation:** An order is not officially placed until the Client has approved the final proof and provided **full payment** or a minimum **50% deposit** (for orders over \$1000).

3. File Submission and Proofing

• **Client Responsibility:** The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted digital files meet our **prepress requirements** (e.g., bleed, resolution, color mode: CMYK).
• **Color Accuracy:** We strive for color accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matching between your monitor (RGB) and our printed output (CMYK). By approving the proof, the Client accepts minor color variations inherent in the printing process.
• **Proof Approval:** The Client must thoroughly review and approve all digital proofs. Once approved, UgwuSonPrints is not liable for errors in content, spelling, grammar, or design layout.

4. Payment and Cancellation

• **Payment Terms:** Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, and verified corporate purchase orders.
• **Cancellation:** Orders canceled after file submission but before printing begins may be subject to a **prepress and administration fee** (minimum 15% of the total order cost). Orders cannot be canceled once printing has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

• **Defective Prints:** If we determine the final product contains significant printing or finishing defects caused by our process, we will, at our sole discretion, either **reprint the order** or **issue a refund** for the defective portion.
• **Maximum Liability:** Our liability is expressly limited to the **total amount of the invoice** for the product in question. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.

6. Intellectual Property

The Client warrants that they have the legal right to use all content, images, and fonts provided for the printing job. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold UgwuSonPrints harmless from any claim arising from the alleged infringement of intellectual property rights.
